该研究提出一种基于安全软演员-评论家强化学习的控制器,用于网络化微电网黑启动后的恢复调度。之所以采用该方法,是因为后黑启动过程需要在有限时域内同时满足电压、频率约束,并兼顾构网型和跟网型逆变器的有功、无功协同控制。IEEE 123节点配电系统数值结果显示,平均电压建立时间为0.01秒,且在多种负荷场景下未突破5%的功率分配违规预算,说明其可在不依赖启发式惩罚项的情况下实现快速且安全的黑启动安排。

证据说明:后续效果主要取决于该类约束强化学习控制器在更复杂配电网中的泛化能力,以及电压、频率约束和功率分配指标能否稳定兑现。
